Short FAQ
How long is a session?
Trial studios (100am, Novena, Dunearn Village) start with a free 30-minute first visit. The others let you choose a 60- or 90-minute first session.
What should I bring?
Nothing — comfortable wear is provided. Come as you are.
Will it hurt?
Some pain is normal, but it should feel like a good, effective stretch. Your trainer will communicate with you throughout the session and adjust the intensity to your comfort level based on your feedback.
Is it one-on-one?
Yes — every session is 1-on-1 with your own specialist, in an open studio.
Am I tied into anything?
No lock-in. For membership studios, you can cancel your membership in about a minute; the others are simply a first visit for new customers.
Do I pay online?
No. Membership is set up in-store if you continue; first-visit sessions are paid in-store.
